The room was spacious, offering plenty of space to relax. I appreciated the large windows. The hotel bar on the lobby level was great, offering special drinks. Mateusz, from the Verdant bar, provided the BEST service!
I found the air conditioning to be a bit weak. The room was warmer than I preferred, even with the system set to a lower temperature. It made sleeping slightly UNCOMFORTABLE.

I spent 5 nights at this very well-situated hotel. My room faced a landmark, was spacious, and included all expected amenities. The view from the large window was a highlight. I could see the city from my room. The dining options and bar offered good food and service overall.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Toiletries were sometimes not replenished. Curtains over the large window did not completely block light, a problem at night. the bathroom cleaning was not always thorough, an issue.

Check in was speedy. I secured a room upgrade for a reasonable price. The room itself included a very clean space. a fantastic view. An excellent pool and sauna were also available. The breakfast buffet had a great selection with an omelette station. There were also many vegetarian options. I felt this stay was good value.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was too warm. The hotel should maintain its facilities better.

I noticed the gym has three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes for guest use. I found the pool area to have twenty loungers. A shaded section offered an option to avoid direct sun.
There was a noticeable wait to access different floors. This sometimes caused delays to my schedule.
